hi, I’m Jess

I started Sunday Homes after buying our first house. I was so excited to build a home and a space that I loved for myself and my husband. What I quickly learned was that the real estate market seriously lacked home buyer education. As first-time homebuyers, we had no clue what we were doing. 

I felt dragged through the process from constantly tripping over unexpected requests and making decisions with little to no guidance. 


I realized there had to be another way.

So, with my corporate experience and my Masters from the Brandcenter at VCU in hand,  I ventured into the world of real estate, confident that I could help homeowners in every stage - buying, selling, buying and selling, building, and owning.

Now, more than a decade in, I look back at the craziness of buying a home with no experience in the real estate world and the joy of building our own long-term family home 7 years later and armed with my real estate license and experience, and I smile. Because I’m right where I belong.
