Stop scrolling, start building.

That custom home you’ve drooled over on Insta can be yours.

Settling on “good enough” doesn’t have to be your only option.

If you bought your home before 2023, you probably remember the golden era of 3% interest rates and an abundance of all-brick stunners that were put up for sale by their beloved owners of 20 years in order to downsize.

But now it’s 2025, and the market has changed.

Building might just be the move if:

→ you’re ready and willing to invest in the long-term

→ you know what you want, but the market hasn’t delivered

→ you’re ready to spend smart, not overpay on a house that still needs a reno

The Sunday Homes’ Building Process

But…do you even need a realtor if you’re building?

The short answer is yes.

The long answer is also, yes.

The same way that you can represent yourself in court, you can represent yourself when you choose to work with a builder. However, without the everyday exposure to the terms and procedures of the courtroom (or the building process, in our case), you might find it hard to successfully represent yourself.

Without working knowledge of the building industry, it can be difficult to protect yourself and ask the right questions. I’m here to help guide you through the major milestones of building a home, working with a builder, and making sure you have a smooth move.
