FINANCE

Once we determine goals, we’ll figure out numbers. That way, you’ll know exactly where you stand from the start to make your search productive and not limiting. I’ll send you over to our lender, Maddy, to get you started with all things loans.
SEARCH

As an Accredited Buyer’s Agent, I’ll set up your customized search in the MLS system based on your criteria. From there, we’ll make a plan to see homes in person (or virtually if moving from afar!)
MAKE AN OFFER

Once you’ve found the house, I’ll walk you through the offer process, handle the contract, and negotiate terms with the seller’s agent—start to finish.
CLOSE

Once you're under contract (pop the bubbly!), I’ll guide you through every step—inspections, paperwork, setting up utilities—until I hand over the keys and you officially get to call it home.
