Then, I’ll set up your customized search in the MLS system, and I’ll visit the homes that match your criteria. During each showing I take detailed videos and notes for you to check out after. (No more rushed, blurry Facetime videos where you can’t remember what you saw!)

Once you’ve found the house, I’ll send you an email that explains everything that you need, paper-wise, and the potential negotiating routes we can take. From there, we’ll talk via phone to confirm our plan. I’ll handle everything from there!
